Return policy (on acrylic paintings only):
Once you have purchased my acrylic painting, picked it up from the studio or had it delivered to you, you have 7 (seven) days to make sure you are happy with it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of my acrylic painting, you can return it within 7 (seven) days for a full refund.
I require a receipt as a proof of the purchase. Once I receive the painting back, in the condition that it was purchased, I will proceed with a refund. Return shipping fees are at your expense and the painting must be returned in its original condition.
I do NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges on:
- Commission paintings
- Canvas prints
- Postcards
- Gift certificates
- Shipping fees
- Acrylic paintings that are returned not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error
- Acrylic paintings that are returned more than 7 (seven) days after delivery
